RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

& Voluntary return policy

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

By means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of the revocation If you revoke this contract, we have all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you use a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary right of return

Without prejudice to the statutory rights to which you are entitled, we voluntarily grant you the following right of return: You can return goods purchased from us to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods in question, provided that the goods are complete and in the same condition as when you received them. However, we do not grant you this right of return in relation to goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded. Furthermore, this right of return can no longer be exercised for goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal has already expired prematurely at the time of the return - i.e. not just due to the expiry of the deadline.

If such a reason for exclusion or expiry comes into consideration for our goods, this is listed in the above cancellation policy under the heading "Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation". If the goods are sent to you between November 1st and December 31st of a year, the goods can be returned until January 31st of the following year, even if more than 30 days have passed since receipt of the goods.

The goods are to be returned to the return address specified in the above cancellation policy. To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods to this address before the return deadline has expired. If you return goods in accordance with this returns policy, we will refund you the purchase price, but not the shipping cost, of your original purchase. In addition, if you exercise this right of return, you bear the transport risk and the return costs. Deviating from this, the return costs are borne by us when you exercise this right of return if you send us an item with a sales price of more than EUR 40 within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

In the case of clothing, shoes, jewellery, watches and handbags, when exercising this right of return, we will bear the delivery and return costs, regardless of the sale price, for items that are eligible for free return shipping. Items that are eligible for free returns will have "Free Returns" or equivalent notice next to the price on the item's detail page. This right of return does not limit your statutory rights and therefore also does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal to which you may be entitled.
